Kelly + Tina
Co-Founders & CEOs
Tina Anderson and Kelly Sammis have taught alongside one another for more than a decade, delivering pelvic health education both nationally and internationally. They share a deep passion for the treatment of neuropathic pain and pelvic health dysfunction, and are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-informed education that translates directly to clinical practice. Through their work, they aim to advance holistic treatment approaches, champion patient advocacy, and promote long-term wellness with the pelvic health profession.
Tina Anderson
Course Writer + Lead Instructor
Tina Anderson is a physical therapist and educator living and working in Aspen, Colorado. She received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Grand Valley State University located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Tina holds an additional certification in advanced dry needling.
Tina specializes in treating patients with complex neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction including dysfunctions of the pelvic floor. Tina earned her dry needling certification in 2006 and has been teaching dry needling nationwide since 2008. Tina was integral in pioneering dry needling techniques for the pelvic floor and surrounding neuroanatomical structures. She currently owns and operates a private physical therapy practice in Aspen, Colorado. Tina and her family, including their “fur” child Beatrice, love living and playing in the Rocky Mountains!


Course Writer + Lead Instructor
Kelly Sammis is a physical therapist, educator of all things dry needling and pelvic health, Pilates instructor, wife and mama living and working in Parker, Colorado. Her passion for treatment in physical therapy is in neuropathic pain, sports performance, pelvic health and wellness. Her formal education took place at Ohio University (2007) and The University of St Augustine for Health Sciences (2010). Kelly holds additional certifications in lymphedema, Pilates, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise and advanced dry needling. She is also board certified in orthopedics. She serves as lead faculty developing and teaching dry needling and pelvic health courses nationwide.
Kelly is a midwest native and Rocky Mountain transplant. When she is not treating clients or teaching you can find her spending time with her husband, two children and labradoodle, Dexter, exploring the landscapes and beautiful mountains of Colorado!
Jenna Kincaid
Jenna is physical therapist practicing in Parker, Colorado. She is a lead instructor for our Pregnancy + Postpartum Considerations course and an assistant instructor for our Foundational Concepts + Techniques and Advances Concepts + Neuromodulation courses.
Jenna has focused her patient care and continuing education on prenatal/postpartum care, yoga, dry needling, return to run programming and functional movement/exercise.

Jordan Lenkin
Jordan is a physical therapist in Denver, Colorado. She is an assistant instructor for our Foundational Concepts + Techniques, Pregnancy + Postpartum Considerations and Advances Concepts + Neuromodulation courses.
Jordan has special interests in treating individuals with pelvic floor dysfunctions following spinal cord injury, folks with pelvic pain, and all things pelvic health related.


Ellen Barlow
Ellen is a physical therapist practicing in Aspen, Colorado. She is an assistant instructor for our Foundational Concepts + Techniques and Pregnancy + Postpartum Considerations courses.
Ellen's physical therapy practice highlights an integrated treatment approach for those with pelvic health, neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. Her passion for continuing education is focused on dry needling, nutritional considerations, pelvic health and sports performance

Ariel Branden
Ariel is a physical therapist practicing in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is an assistant instructor for our Foundational Concepts + Techniques and Pregnancy + Postpartum Considerations courses.
Ariel is working as Director of Clinical Excellence for Mountain Land Physical Therapy. She earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and focuses her practice on treating a wide variety of orthopedic, chronic pain and pelvic health conditions.
Jenny Limpert
Jenny is an educator in Cleveland, Ohio and our administrative coordinator for PPHC. She plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of PPHC, ensuring our courses, communications and administrative processes run smoothly from start to finish.

Elena Lucci
Elena is a physical therapist in Chicago, Illinois and our business development coordinator for PPHC. With her strong understanding of rehabilitation and the healthcare education landscape, she is an expert at cultivating meaningful relationships and expanding access to high-quality pelvic health continuing education.
